  • Deliveries begin Starting September 6

  • We'll contact all booked customers after August 11 to confirm delivery week and time

  • Setup takes 30-60 minutes (if Design and Setup Fee added on to your order)

  • Weather-related delays may occur

  • All sales are final.

  • No changes, cancellations, or refunds after booking.

  • Inventory is seasonal & custom reserved.

RESCHEDULING

  • Must notify us 3 days prior to scheduled week

  • Based on availability

  • Same-week rescheduling not guaranteed
